Shamsul Alam is the CEO & Founder of GRC leads on its Board of Directors, is responsible for GRC’s monitor the marketing and productivity of their companies by managing a range of responsibilities, including delegating agendas to managers who are better suited for certain tasks. He also drives profitability through effective management while setting priorities that will ensure long-term business success in both short-term goals as well as future planning stages. He has been successfully leading a promising team to the global forefront to build up the name of GRC as one of the leading consultancy firms in the field of Foreign Consultations.

Fahad Alamgir

COO & Co-Founder

Fahad Alamgir is the COO & Co-Founder of GRC leads on its Board of Directors, is responsible for GRC’s day-to-day-operations, as well as lead the company’s product & service development and marketing strategy. He has been recognized as one of the pioneer entrepreneurs in the consultancy firm industry. He successfully manages and handles the daily business operations of GRC, working closely with department.

Md Fazla Rabbani Bhuiyan

Supervisor & Senior Student Counsellor

Fazla Rabbani is the Supervisor of GRC team whose responsibilities include: Managing workflow. Training new hires. Creating and managing team schedules. Reporting to HR and senior management. His overall role is to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees’ performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.

Md Mahedi Hasan

Executive/Consultant

Mahedi Hasan is one of our executive consultant of GRC team whose responsibilities include: visa processing, managing and follow up application, leading junior executive and give them instruction, consultation and other office management work. His main role is to look after the whole visa processing matters.

Taposi Rabea

Taposi Rabea is one of our executive/consultant of GRC team whose responsibilities include: student consultation, SOP writing, file processing and interview preparation. She has completed her higher education from a renowned university in Bangladesh and specialized in student consultation on study abroad as well as business visa applications.
